For products sold with a Working Guarantee, SM MARINE SERVICE™ guarantees that the supplied equipment will be in working condition according to the terms agreed at the time of sale.
The exact guarantee period or conditions may vary depending on the product, its condition, manufacturer, age, application, and sales agreement.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect wiring, improper operation, modification, physical damage, external electrical faults, misuse, or installation by unqualified personnel.
Any special warranty or guarantee terms stated in our quotation or Proforma Invoice will take priority for that particular order.

Credit facilities and partial-payment arrangements are not automatically available to all customers and are subject to approval by SM MARINE SERVICE™.
New customers may be required to make full or agreed advance payment before shipment.
All quotations are based on product availability, condition, quantity, delivery destination, and market conditions at the time of quotation.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid only for the period mentioned in the offer.
Prices may be quoted in USD, EUR, RMB/CNY, BDT, or another mutually agreed currency.
An order will be considered confirmed after acceptance of the agreed commercial terms and receipt of the required payment, Purchase Order, LC, or other agreed documentation.
For special sourcing orders or products purchased specifically against a customer's confirmed requirement, cancellation may be restricted once procurement has started.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all available photographs, model numbers, part numbers, nameplate information, technical specifications, condition information, and testing details before confirming an order.
Additional photographs, videos, or testing information may be provided when available and requested before shipment.
SM MARINE SERVICE™ provides worldwide delivery of marine equipment and spare parts.
Depending on destination, shipment size, urgency, and customer requirements, delivery may be arranged through international courier, air freight, sea freight, or other suitable logistics services.
We may use carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, SF Express, or other international freight and logistics providers where appropriate.
Shipping costs and applicable delivery terms will be confirmed before shipment.
Products are professionally packed according to their size, weight, condition, sensitivity, and transportation method.
Special wooden cases, protective packing, or other export packing can be arranged when required.
Unless specifically included in our quotation, any destination-country customs duty, import tax, VAT, clearance fee, or other local government charge is the responsibility of the buyer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products comply with applicable import regulations in their destination country.
Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided in good faith.
Actual transit time may depend on product availability, testing, packing, customs procedures, airline or shipping schedules, courier operations, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any claim regarding incorrect products, transportation damage, or product condition should be reported to SM MARINE SERVICE™ as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, together with relevant photographs, videos, shipping documents, and technical information.
For a technical working-condition claim, we may request installation details, wiring information, photographs, videos, or test results to determine the cause of the issue.
Returns, repairs, replacements, or other remedies will be handled according to the specific product condition, agreed guarantee terms, and circumstances of the transaction.
Products should not be returned without prior written authorization from SM MARINE SERVICE™.
Customers acknowledge that used and reconditioned marine equipment may show normal signs of previous use, age, cosmetic wear, or previous installation.
Such cosmetic conditions alone will not be considered a defect when the product has been clearly sold as Used or Reconditioned.
Our primary commitment for equipment sold with a working guarantee is its agreed functional condition.
We aim to maintain long-term relationships with our customers and provide reasonable technical and commercial support before and after delivery.
If any problem occurs, customers are encouraged to contact us promptly so that our team can review the matter and work toward an appropriate solution.
Specific terms stated in an individual Quotation, Proforma Invoice, Sales Contract, Purchase Order confirmation, or written agreement may supplement or override the general terms on this page for that particular transaction.
