The Daihatsu MD-9M Oil Mist Detector is a proven marine engine safety system designed to monitor oil mist concentration inside diesel engine crankcases. The Control Unit, together with its Power Supply & Alarm PCB, is responsible for processing sensor signals, controlling alarm outputs, displaying oil mist density, and interfacing with the engine protection system.
The PCB shown in this product includes relay outputs, alarm circuits, power conditioning, terminal blocks, and protection components that ensure stable operation of the MD-9M system. It continuously receives signals from the optical detector, compares measured oil mist density with preset alarm thresholds, and activates Slight Alarm, Final Alarm, or Trouble Alarm when abnormal conditions occur.
