The OPSIS O2000 is an in-situ oxygen monitor that measures the O2 content of flue gas directly in the stack or duct with a heated zirconia probe. It is used for combustion control, boiler optimisation and continuous emissions monitoring (CEM) in power plants, industrial boilers, incinerators and process plants, and can also be applied on boiler and exhaust gas installations. SM MARINE SERVICE™ supplies OPSIS O2000 control units, probes and related spare parts to customers worldwide. Visit https://www.smmarineservice.com/ for more automation and control equipment.
The O2000 system has two main parts: a probe inserted into the flue gas, which is heated and supplied with ambient air as an oxygen reference, and a control unit that processes the sensor signal, shows the oxygen value, gives the 4–20 mA output and alarms, runs self-checks and handles calibration. The zirconia (ZrO2) cell produces a signal proportional to the difference in oxygen concentration between the flue gas and the reference air. Because the measurement is in-situ, no gas extraction or sample conditioning system is needed.

OPSIS does not publish separate PCB part numbers for the O2000. The modules below are known from the manufacturer datasheet or are visible in the supplied photographs. Please send the board label photo for exact identification.
Embedded microcontroller that processes the zirconia cell signal, controls the probe heater, drives the display and keypad, and gives the 4–20 mA output and relays. PCB part number: Not verified.
2 × 20 character backlit LCD with 4 touch keys (↓ ↑ SET ESC). Part number: Not verified.
The datasheet lists an optional Alarm Kit 502 for probe failure. The pictured DIN-rail OPSIS module shows Power ON, Heater failure, Cell failure and Cell not heated LEDs; that it is the Alarm Kit 502 is Not verified.
Heated ZrO2 measuring cell inside the probe. Part number: Not verified.
Built-in pump supplying reference air to the probe, with easy-access filters.
Used when the probe cable is longer than 10 m.
Omron plug-in relays (3 pcs) visible in the panel for alarm/status signals. Exact relay type: Not clearly visible in the supplied photograph.

Safety note: The probe operates hot and is mounted in flue gas ducts. Isolate power, let the probe cool down and follow plant permit-to-work procedures before removing it. Electrical work should be done by qualified personnel only.
The alarm module in the photographs indicates: Power ON, Heater failure, Cell failure and Cell not heated. The O2000 front panel also offers SHOW ACTIVE ALARMS, SHOW CHECK ALARMS and CLEAR ALARMS functions, and an O2 MAX ALARM setting.
For a quotation, please send the nameplate photo (model and number, e.g. O2000 - xxxx), probe length, power supply and a photo of any faulty board. SM MARINE SERVICE™ ships worldwide from Bangladesh and China. Specific condition and availability are subject to confirmation.
The O2000 is a simple and robust in-situ analyser with low maintenance needs. Many installations keep the existing probe, mounting and wiring, so a tested replacement control unit or spare part is the fastest way to get the measurement running again.
What is the OPSIS O2000?
An in-situ zirconia oxygen monitor for flue gas O2 measurement.
What is the measuring range?
0.1–25.0% O2.
What does "O2000 - 3839" on the label mean?
O2000 is the model; 3839 appears to be the unit/serial number (Not verified).
What does "Heater failure" mean?
The probe heater is not working correctly; check heater, cable and supply.
What does "Cell not heated" mean?
The zirconia cell has not reached operating temperature, e.g. during warm-up or due to a heater fault.
What is the Alarm Kit 502?
An optional OPSIS kit for probe failure alarm.
Are PCB part numbers available for the O2000?
OPSIS does not publish them; send us the board label photo and we will identify it.
What output does the O2000 give?
Isolated 4–20 mA plus relay contacts.
How is it calibrated?
With zero and span gas via the calibration gas fitting, manually from the keypad or automatically.
Can you supply a replacement O2000?
Yes, send the nameplate photo for a quotation.
The OPSIS O2000 is an in-situ zirconia oxygen monitor for continuous O2 measurement in flue gas. A heated ZrO2 probe measures directly in the stack, while the control unit with LCD display and four keys handles signal processing, calibration, self-checks, 4–20 mA output and alarms. It covers 0.1–25% O2 with fast response and is used for boiler combustion control, emission monitoring and process control. Probe failure alarms such as heater failure and cell failure help quick troubleshooting.
